Leslie Shaw, Chief Financial Officer, joined the Fund at inception. From 1981 to 1994, she was the CFO and later Administrative Partner of Brentwood Associates, a Los Angeles based venture capital firm that grew from $40 million to over $500 million of capital under management and over 100 limited partners during her employment. While at Brentwood she was responsible for financial and tax reporting, Small Business Administration relations, limited partner communications, and administration of the management company. Ms. Shaw earned a BA degree in English at UCLA, graduating Phi Beta Kappa, and is a certified public accountant in California.
