The Managing Partner of Kline Hawkes & Co. is Frank R. Kline. The team consists of: Jay Ferguson (Partner), who joined the firm at inception, focuses on investment opportunities in the Telecommunications Industry; Nicholas Memmo (Partner) leverages his operations and direct line experience as an accomplished COO to pursue and manage investments in business services, consumer services and specialty manufacturing industries; Klaus Koch (Partner) focuses on enterprise software, healthcare services and business services; Alain Rothstein (Principal) focuses on a broad range of investment opportunities including logistics, healthcare and environmental services companies; Brian Kim (Associate) supports the Fund in financial analysis, research and due diligence on new investment opportunities.  Greg Arsenault (CFO), and Kimberly Magnin (Director of Finance) support the Fund administration while Cameron Wood (Director of Operations) assists in sourcing new investment opportunities, manages the deal flow and helps maintain the day to day operations of the firm. Additionally, an investment advisory committee and a worldwide advisory network complement the team of investment professionals.
