JAMBO AND INFOSPACE TEAM UP TO PROVIDE INNOVATIVE `PAY PER CALL' SOLUTION

Jambo Service Will Be a Provider of Pay Per Call Advertising Within InfoSpace Local Search Initiatives

AGOURA HILLS, Calif. (Oct. 24, 2005) - Jambo (www.jambo.com), an innovator and leading provider of solutions that effectively connect people and businesses from the Internet to the phone, today announced an agreement with InfoSpace Inc. (NASDAQ:INSP), a leader in private-label search and online directory services, and a global provider and publisher of wireless content.

The agreement makes Jambo's patent-pending Pay Per Call solution available to InfoSpace's lead generation properties and makes InfoSpace one of Jambo's Lead NetworkT partners. It gives Jambo broad reach across several of InfoSpace's industry-leading online directories, private-label search properties and mobile applications representing more than 300 million searches monthly.

InfoSpace will be able to offer pay-for-performance telephone advertising - which was previously only available on an online cost-per click (CPC) basis. This brings the Internet's fastest-growing medium, pay-for-performance, to the world of local merchants.

"Our solution creates new revenue streams for InfoSpace, allowing them to capture leads that otherwise would be lost once the consumer picks up the phone," said John Melideo, CEO of Jambo. "The value of a telephone lead is as much as 25 times the value of a click, and so far we've found that merchants recognize that value and are willing to pay for these phone leads. Our solution successfully integrates the telephone and the Internet, and as an early adopter of our Lead Network, InfoSpace is enabling its Web and Mobile properties to get a jump on the rest of the industry."
