Jambo Service Will Be a Provider of Pay Per Call
Advertising Within InfoSpace Local Search Initiatives
AGOURA HILLS, Calif. (Oct. 24, 2005) - Jambo (www.jambo.com),

Internet to the phone, today announced an agreement with
InfoSpace Inc. (NASDAQ:INSP), a leader in private-label
search and online directory services, and a global
provider and publisher of wireless content.
The agreement makes Jambo's patent-pending Pay Per Call
solution available to InfoSpace's lead generation
properties and makes InfoSpace one of Jambo's Lead
NetworkT partners. It gives Jambo broad reach across
several of InfoSpace's industry-leading online
directories, private-label search properties and mobile
applications representing more than 300 million searches
monthly.
InfoSpace will be able to offer pay-for-performance
telephone advertising - which was previously only
available on an online cost-per click (CPC) basis. This
brings the Internet's fastest-growing medium,
pay-for-performance, to the world of local merchants.
