CodeStream Technologies Corp., was formed by Research & Development Laboratories, a 14-year old technology company in the defense industry, to convert RDL's technology into products that would meet the needs of the commercial marketplace. CTC will manufacture, market and sell products and services to the telecommunications industry. The Company's initial product is a switch-transceiver unit that allows hundreds of independent communication channels to exist within a single optical fiber and allows "bandwidth on demand".
