Rayne Corporation is the first acquisition of Kline Hawkes & Co., holding company, Residential Services Management Group. Founded in 1928 Rayne manufactures, sells and services water filtration equipment for residential and commercial use through a network of 56 dealerships, including Rayne San Diego, and five company owned service centers in California and Arizona. Rayne dealerships sell, install, rent and service water softener systems and reverse osmosis drinking water systems. The water conditioning and purification industry is estimated to be in excess of $15 billion and growing at a rate of 6-8% annually.
