O2 Science, formed in June 2000 is a regional provider of respiratory services and home healthcare products. This includes the provision of oxygen equipment, respiratory medications, sleep related equipment and home medical equipment. In May 2004 Kline Hawkes sponsored a management buyout of O2 Science from its parent company, DVI, Inc.
