Formed in the first quarter of 2005 as a holding company for investments in the private post-secondry vocational training industry. The schools are focused on instruction in the Allied Health industry, which include courses such as Dental Assisting, Surgical Tecnician, Ultrasound Specialist, Medical Billing and Medical Assisting. Newbridge College, the largest acquisition of Newcoast, has been training students to become professional technologists and assistants in predominantly Allied Health programs since its founding in 1993.
