When submitting a business plan it is important to note that Kline Hawkes will only consider investments that fall within the firm's investment criteria. Business plan submissions should be in an executive summary format and include the following information: mission statement, product overview (including any proprietary advantages the company enjoys), management team, financial projections as well as historical numbers if the company has revenues, market size for your product or service, previous investments, funds required and use of proceeds, location and contact information.  Companies that are of interest to Kline Hawkes will be asked to submit complete business plans for further review, after which a meeting with Senior Management will be arranged, if deemed warranted.
