The Fund's strategy is to invest in and build strong management teams and to position its portfolio companies for growth. Kline Hawkes' major areas of interest are IT Infrastructure, Enterprise Software,  Business Services, Aerospace/Defense and Industrial Manufacturing. The Firm's preferred investment stage is primarily growth equity and change of control situations, targeting companies with revenues greater than $2 million and operations at or near profitability. Kline Hawkes makes investments of up to $15 million while its typical investment range is from $5 million to $10 million.
